Peanut Butter Balls
The Perfect Little Snack. These are great for kids of all ages!
These are so easy to make and to keep on hand.
I quadruple this batch so I can get some too.
Ingredients
3/4 cup chunky peanut
butter (Use 100% natural peanut butter. Almond butter, Tahini etc. work too)
2 Tablespoons honey (use local and unprocessed if possible)
3/4 cup corn flake crumbs (I use sugar and gluten free- Nature’s Path Organic Corn Flakes)

Directions
Blend peanut butter and
honey.
Stir in 1/2 cup corn flake
crumbs. Form into 24 small balls and roll in remaining corn flake crumbs. Chill
